Nutrition/Weight Loss Programs:

“LET YOUR FOOD BE YOUR MEDICINE” - HIPPOCRATES

Dr. Kasia has perfected a weight treatment program using food, supplements and exercise. She personally tried this treatment on herself 2 years ago and successfully and permanently lost 25 lb. Since then her practice has lost over 300 lb! Her biggest looser up to now has lost 160 lb in 1 year! The uniqueness of this plan is its permanency 90% of her dieters have not regained the weight! Why....?The program is based on fixing the causes of weight gain: Overproduction of insulin, a slow metabolism and addiction to carbohydrates. All of her patients are strictly followed and counseled for optimum results. All dieters are included in a 2 hour nutritional boot camp class and daily exercise classes are available through the office.        Dr. Kasia exercises along with her patients as she instructs many of these classes herself. Expected weight loss 3-5lb a week for women and 5-10lb a week for men. Cost per week ranges between $81-$150 a week.  Individual or group consultations are available.

Exercise and Fitness Classes:

The Bay Medical center offers many workout programs. We pride ourselves on a very unique experience to exercise. The fitness room is located within the practice, small groups and individual attention are our specialty. The students quickly develop close friendships with one another creating a fun atmosphere during classes. All instructors are certified and enthusiastic about making our clients have an enjoyable experience. Dr Kasia teaches many of the classes herself.

• Body Sculpturing

Zumba- A fusion of Latin, hip hop, belly dance and aerobics to high powered Latin music. Dance your way into weight loss and health. During the fall and winter Zumba classes are held on the beach at Fort Desoto on the first Saturday of every month. $5/class

Body Sculpturing A total body workout. Using bands and weights to safely work every muscle in your body. The workouts can be done in a sitting position so anyone can try.  The classes are small so you will get personal attention and a workout aimed to your fitness level $5/class

Belly dancing- A professional belly dancer teaches you how to dance to one song during each 8 week session. At the end  you will be able to perform a fully choreographed dance. $80/8classes Next session starts January 7th.

For individuals who repeatedly enjoy various cosmetic treatments, we offer specials on a daily basis. Establishing a  Cosmetic Bank ensures you at least a 30% discount on all procedures at all times. A $500 deposit will establish your bank. The fees for services are deducted from the $500 until a $50 minimum is reached at which time one may choose to continue with the bank or forfeit the $50.
